with little intention, i placed my drill against the aluminum panel and created a quick/random hole in its surface. i then threaded the hole to accept a 1/4” (20) phillips pan-head screw (source: mcmaster-carr). i coated the panel in fluorescent pink while the screw i coated separately in RAL 1016 (sulfur yellow)
